1.1. Made in China 2025, to create a "manufacturing power" strategy

"Made in China 2025" is an action plan for the first ten years of my country's implementation of the strategy of manufacturing a strong country. In order to promote my country's progress from a manufacturing power to a manufacturing power, the State Council organized and officially released "Made in China 2025" on May 8, 2015, which made an overall deployment for the transformation, upgrading and leap-forward development of my country's manufacturing industry. "Made in China 2025" proposes to achieve the strategic goal of a manufacturing power through "three steps": the first step is to enter the ranks of a manufacturing power by  2025 ; the second step, by  2035 my country's manufacturing industry The overall level has reached the middle level of the world's manufacturing power camp; the third step, when the founding of New China is 100 years old, our status as a manufacturing powerhouse will be more consolidated, and our comprehensive strength will enter the forefront of the world's manufacturing powerhouses.
 

1.2 Intelligent manufacturing is the soul of Made in China 2025

1.2.1.“Smart Manufacturing”Vision Description

Intelligent manufacturing means that in the production process, the intelligent equipment is organically connected through communication technology to realize the automation of the production process; various data in the production process are collected through various sensing technologies, and through industrial Ethernet and other communication means, Upload it to the industrial server, conduct data processing and analysis under the management of the industrial software system, and combine with the enterprise resource management software to provide the most optimized production plan or customized production, and finally realize intelligent production.

Intelligent manufacturing is not groundless, it is similar to the "Industry 4.0" direction proposed by Germany, and it is the development direction of my country's and even the world's manufacturing industry. The proposal of intelligent manufacturing is far earlier than "Made in China 2025", and it was first proposed in the form of "transforming and upgrading the manufacturing industry".
 

1.2.2. Intelligent manufacturing is the core of Made in China 2025

"Made in China 2025" promotes intelligent upgrading. Automation is the version of Industry 3.0 we are in, and "Made in China 2025" emphasizes the promotion of informatization upgrades to achieve intelligence. In intelligent manufacturing, the "end"—— intelligent equipment is organically connected through communication technology to realize the automation of the production process, collect various data in the production process through various sensing technologies, and use the "network"— —Industrial Ethernet and other communication means, upload to “cloud”—— industrial server, conduct data processing and analysis under the management of industrial software system MES, and combine with enterprise resource management software ERP to optimize production plans, Realize customized production and form a closed loop of "design-development-quality management-service".

The core position of intelligent manufacturing can be seen from the key breakthrough areas of "Made in China 2025". The manufacturing industry covers a wide range, and we must adhere to the overall promotion and key breakthroughs. "Made in China 2025" focuses on the major needs of economic and social development and national security, selects 10 big advantages and strategic industries as breakthrough points, and strives to reach the international leading position or the international advanced level by 2025 . They are: a new generation of information technology industry, high-end CNC machine tools and robots, aerospace equipment, marine engineering equipment and high-tech ships, advanced rail transit equipment, energy-saving and new energy vehicles, power equipment, agricultural equipment, new materials, biomedicine and High-performance medical devices. We focus on development priorities/application demonstration projects in ten fields, and seven fields have clear relevant requirements for intelligent manufacturing.
 

1.3.Intelligent manufacturing, industrial robots lead the dance

1.3.1. Intelligent manufacturing is an intelligent connection from end to network

According to our actual interviews with the industry, we learned that the development of intelligent manufacturing is not achieved overnight, but progressive and evolution from "automatic informatization", "interconnection" to "intelligence" developed. The industrial chain covers intelligent equipment, industrial Internet, industrial software, automation system integration and production line integration that organically combine the above-mentioned links.
 

1.3.2. Industrial robots are an important foundation for intelligent manufacturing

Intelligent equipment and products are the realization of intelligent manufacturing, and industrial robots are an important foundation of intelligent equipment. Intelligent manufacturing is actually the integrated development of information technology and manufacturing technology. It can be divided into three directions: developing intelligent equipment and intelligent products, promoting intelligent production process and deepening the application of the Internet in the manufacturing field. Among the three directions, intelligent equipment and products are the realization of intelligent manufacturing, and the most important embodiment of intelligent equipment and products is industrial robots. Replacing manual production with robots is an important development trend in the future manufacturing industry, the basis for the realization of intelligent manufacturing, and the guarantee for the realization of industrial automation, digitization and intelligence in the future. Focusing on the application needs of automobiles, machinery, electronics, dangerous goods manufacturing, national defense and military industry, chemical industry, light industry and other applications, industrial robots will represent the popularization of intelligent equipment in intelligent manufacturing.
